You can order as few as one (1) mailer box—there’s no minimum quantity. Order exactly what you need, whether it’s a single box or a bulk shipment.

Production takes approximately 8-10 business days, depending on your order quantity. After checkout, you’ll receive an estimated “in-hand” delivery date in your shopping cart.

While Packora does not directly add security features to our custom folding cartons, there are several effective ways to enhance package security using our products and innovative methods:

• Custom Graphics & Tamper Warnings – Print anti-tampering warnings or inspection instructions directly on the cartons. Messages like “Do not accept if the seal is broken” can discourage interference and prompt customers to inspect their package.
• Sealing with Branded Tape – Use custom-printed tape to secure your package while also creating a tamper-evident seal. If the tape is disturbed or broken, it becomes immediately noticeable, deterring tampering.
• Utilizing Custom Stickers – Apply custom security stickers over the carton flap edges so that opening the box breaks the seal. This provides a clear indication if the package has been opened after sealing.
• Sequential Numbering & Barcoding – Add unique sequential numbers or barcodes to each box for tracking and verification. While this doesn’t prevent tampering, it ensures accountability by allowing each package to be individually monitored.

By incorporating these security measures, you can increase package integrity and protect your products during shipping and handling.

Yes! Our shipping boxes can be reused, repurposed, and recycled. While they are durable enough for multiple uses, we recommend upcycling them in-house rather than reusing them for shipping products to customers.
