Our poly tapes are available in 2" or 3" widths and offer four customizable logo repeat length options. Designed with a 3” ID core, it is available in your choice of clear or white plastic.

Packing tape is a durable, self-adhesive tape designed to secure packages such as boxes, envelopes, and flexible pouches. Our custom packing tape is water, dust, and wear-resistant, ensuring reliable protection during shipping.
- Clear Plastic Tape – Similar to standard packaging tape, where printed designs appear slightly translucent.
- White Poly Tape – A premium opaque tape that creates a solid white background, allowing for rich, vibrant color printing.
Our custom tape is designed to securely seal packages up to 45 lbs.
- 165’ roll – Seals approximately 200 packages
- 330’ roll – Seals approximately 400 mailer boxes
Our high-strength packaging tape is resistant to water, dust, and general wear, making it suitable for shipping and storage.
At this time, we only offer standard sizes.
Yes! Our standard-sized rolls fit most tape dispensers and feature a 3” ID core.
For the best adhesion, apply our tape to unprinted white or kraft brown boxes, including the white blank boxes available on Packora. We do not recommend using self-adhesive tape on custom-printed boxes, as ink can affect the seal quality.
The repeat length refers to the distance between the start of your logo, text, or image and the next identical imprint. Our branded packaging tape has a 3” repeat length. Check out our Size Chart section for a visual reference.
For best results, store and apply the tape in temperatures between 14°F and 86°F.
