- Use limitation: We use uploads primarily to provide the products and services you request.
- Access: Uploads may be accessed by our team and vendors who need them for proofing/production/shipping workflows.
- Rights: Upload only content you have the right to use. Do not upload confidential personal data unless necessary.
- Retention: We may retain project files for reorders, quality control, and dispute resolution, subject to retention practices below.

How tracking works and how to control it
Cookies are small text files stored on your device. Similar technologies include pixels, SDKs, and local storage. These help us provide core Site features, remember preferences, secure accounts, measure performance, and (where enabled) support marketing.

Some browsers allow you to send a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal. Where required by applicable law, we treat GPC as a request to opt out of certain “sale”/“sharing” activity for targeted advertising for that browser/device.
Emails, SMS, and promotional communications
You may receive transactional messages (order confirmations, shipping updates, support replies). If you opt in, you may also receive marketing communications.
- Email marketing: unsubscribe using the link in marketing emails.
- SMS (if offered): follow instructions in messages to opt out (standard messaging rates may apply).
- Targeted ads: manage cookie preferences (including “Do Not Sell or Share” where applicable) and review device/browser ad settings.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect Personal Information. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Retention
We retain Personal Information as long as reasonably necessary to:

Retention periods vary based on the type of information, the purpose of processing, and legal requirements. We may de-identify or aggregate data where feasible.
