If you upload artwork, dielines, or other creative files, we process those files to generate proofs, prepare production, fulfill your order, and provide customer support. This may include sharing files with production and printing partners involved in creating your packaging.

  • Use limitation: We use uploads primarily to provide the products and services you request.

7. Cookies, pixels & tracking

How tracking works and how to control it

Cookies are small text files stored on your device. Similar technologies include pixels, SDKs, and local storage. These help us provide core Site features, remember preferences, secure accounts, measure performance, and (where enabled) support marketing.

Common categories

  • Essential: required for login, cart, checkout, and security.
  • Preferences: remember settings such as region or language.
  • Analytics: understand usage and improve the Site.
  • Marketing: measure campaigns and deliver more relevant ads (where applicable).

Global Privacy Control (GPC) & browser signals

Some browsers allow you to send a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal. Where required by applicable law, we treat GPC as a request to opt out of certain “sale”/“sharing” activity for targeted advertising for that browser/device.

Manage preferences: Use the button at the top of this page where available. You can also adjust cookie settings in your browser. Disabling some cookies may reduce site functionality.
8. Marketing choices

Emails, SMS, and promotional communications

You may receive transactional messages (order confirmations, shipping updates, support replies). If you opt in, you may also receive marketing communications.

  • Email marketing: unsubscribe using the link in marketing emails.
  • SMS (if offered): follow instructions in messages to opt out (standard messaging rates may apply).
  • Targeted ads: manage cookie preferences (including “Do Not Sell or Share” where applicable) and review device/browser ad settings.
9. Security & retention

How we protect and retain data

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect Personal Information. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Retention

We retain Personal Information as long as reasonably necessary to:

  • Provide services and maintain accounts;
  • Keep required records (tax, accounting, legal obligations);
  • Resolve disputes and enforce agreements; and
  • Maintain security and prevent fraud.

Retention periods vary based on the type of information, the purpose of processing, and legal requirements. We may de-identify or aggregate data where feasible.

10. Your rights & requests

Access, correction, deletion, and opt-outs

Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access to, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of certain Personal Information, and to opt out of certain processing (such as targeted advertising).

  • Access / portability: request a copy of certain data we hold.
  • Correction: request corrections to inaccurate information.
  • Deletion: request deletion, subject to legal exceptions.
  • Opt-out: opt out of certain “sale”/“sharing” for targeted advertising (where applicable).
  • Withdraw consent: where processing relies on consent.

To submit a request, email info@packora.com. We may need to verify your identity to protect you and prevent fraud. We do not discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights.

Canada (PIPEDA): Canadian residents may request access to Personal Information and challenge its accuracy. If you have a concern, contact us first so we can try to resolve it.
11. U.S. state notices

California and other U.S. state privacy laws

If you are a resident of California (CCPA/CPRA) or another U.S. state with privacy laws (e.g., Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, etc.), you may have additional rights, including the right to know categories of Personal Information collected and disclosed, the right to delete, the right to correct, and the right to opt out of targeted advertising.

Do Not Sell or Share

Where applicable, you can opt out of certain “sale”/“sharing” activity for targeted advertising by using the “Cookie preferences / Do Not Sell or Share” button at the top of this page, or by emailing info@packora.com.
