Quick answers to common questions about quotes, lead times, dielines, and artwork. For product-specific details, check each configurator page.
The fastest way is to configure your product directly on the Packora product page—choose your size, material, print options, and quantity to see live pricing. If you’re working on a more complex project or multiple SKUs, you can send us your details through this form or email sales@packora.com.
After configuring your product, click “Download your dieline template”, build your artwork on that file, and then use the “Upload now” flow to attach it to your order. If your file is very large or you’re using your own dieline, you can also share a link (Dropbox, Google Drive, etc.) in the message field or by emailing prepress@packora.com.
We recommend vector files (AI, PDF, EPS) for the sharpest print. High-resolution PSD, PNG, JPG, and SVG files also work well—ideally exported at 300 DPI in CMYK. If your artwork includes linked images or fonts, please embed them or package your file before sending.
Lead times vary by product, quantity, and finish. Standard production typically begins after you approve your digital PDF proof. If you’re working toward a specific in-hand date, mention it in your message and we’ll let you know what’s possible.
Yes. Our prepress team can review your file for dieline fit, bleed, resolution, and color mode. Share as much detail as you can about your design and brand so we can point you in the right direction.
Sample options depend on the product type. If you’d like to see material and print quality before a full run, mention “samples” in your message and our team will walk you through the options for your specific product.
